Founder Story
From Toyota to MOST JAPAN
I spent 38 years at Toyota Motor Corporation, working in Japan and overseas.
For 14 of those years, I lived and worked abroad, including assignments in the USA, Europe, and India.
Through these international experiences, I learned that Japan is often admired around the world — not only for its technology, products, and famous destinations, but also for something much deeper: discipline, craftsmanship, respect, continuous improvement, and the quiet pursuit of mastery.
These values are not only found in factories or companies.
They also live in Japan’s traditional culture, local craftsmanship, martial arts, performing arts, and the daily work of people who continue their traditions with pride.
This realization became the foundation of MOST JAPAN.

Why I Founded MOST JAPAN
After leaving Toyota, I wanted to introduce international guests to a deeper side of Japan — not only famous sightseeing spots, but real people, real places, and real masters.
Japan’s true value is often found in regional communities: in a craftsman’s hands, in the discipline of a martial art, in the atmosphere of a traditional theater, or in the quiet pride of people who continue their work every day.
MOST JAPAN was founded to connect international travelers, VIP guests, travel partners, and corporate teams with these authentic cultural experiences.
We do not simply arrange tours.
We design meaningful cultural journeys that help guests understand the spirit behind Japan’s craftsmanship, samurai heritage, and way of thinking.
What My Experience Brings to Our Guests
My background at Toyota and overseas gives MOST JAPAN a unique perspective.
I understand the importance of preparation, reliability, safety, timing, communication, and continuous improvement. These are essential not only in business, but also in travel.
I also understand that international guests often need more than translation.
They need cultural interpretation — someone who can explain why an experience matters, what values are behind it, and how it connects to the deeper spirit of Japan.
This is especially important for VIP guests, overseas travel partners, and corporate clients who require both authenticity and professional reliability.
At MOST JAPAN, we combine local cultural access with international business experience to create experiences that are meaningful, smooth, and trustworthy.

Our Philosophy
For us, travel is not only about visiting places.
It is about meeting people, learning through experience, and discovering something that stays with you after the journey ends.
We believe that Japan’s real beauty is found not only in what you see, but in what you feel, understand, and carry home.
Through craftsmanship, samurai heritage, Kabuki, martial arts, and regional culture, MOST JAPAN helps guests encounter Japan through its real masters.
Our goal is to be a trusted bridge between Japan and the world.
