About Us

Why I Founded MOST JAPAN

I spent 38 years at Toyota, working on factory floors in Japan and overseas.
For 14 years, I lived and worked abroad, managing teams and developing people in diverse environments.

What I learned was simple but powerful:

True excellence is built through daily discipline, continuous improvement, and respect for people.

After retiring, I wanted to pass this philosophy to the next generation.
Not through lectures or consulting,
but through real experiences.

That search led me to traditional Japanese culture, especially Iaido, the way of the samurai sword.

Iaido teaches precision, focus, emotional control, and humility.
It forces you to face your own limitations, regardless of age or position.

I realized that this discipline shared the same foundation as Toyota’s manufacturing philosophy.

This insight became the foundation of MOST JAPAN.

By combining real-world leadership experience, Japanese craftsmanship, and authentic martial arts, we create programs that transform how people think, act, and lead.
